Cookies and local storage
- mg_consent_v1 — MiniGolf Cloud, necessary consent preference. Stores categories, time and version for 180 days. Applies to this website.
- minigolf.admin.auth — Necessary sign-in cookie on hub.minigolf.cloud. Created after successful authentication and expires after eight hours, renewed with activity. Removed on sign-out.
- minigolf.mfa — Necessary temporary security cookie on hub.minigolf.cloud during two-step sign-in. Expires after five minutes and is removed after completed sign-in. It does not itself grant account access.
- minigolf.trusted-device — Security cookie on hub.minigolf.cloud, created only when you select “Remember this browser for 90 days” and complete two-step sign-in. Allows password sign-in without another one-time code in this browser for up to 90 days. Signing in does not extend this period. Remembered browsers can be revoked in account security settings and become invalid when the password or MFA setup changes. The cookie is not used for analytics or marketing.
- minigolf_website_session, XSRF-TOKEN — MiniGolf Cloud, necessary session and form protection. Up to 120 minutes after activity.
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, statistics about page visits and website use, only with analytics consent. Browser cookie lifetime is set to 180 days. Google receives technical information and usage data. Our direct GA4 configuration omits URL parameters and disables Google Signals and ad personalisation.
Website fonts, flags and menu code are served from our own domain. Login and scorecards on subdomains have their own necessary session and preference data. Stripe may use necessary security cookies when you open its payment page.
Change or withdraw consent
Use this button or the control in the footer on every page. Withdrawal stops optional tracking, reloads the page and removes known Google cookies on our domain where the browser permits. Cookies on other domains can be removed in browser settings. Withdrawal does not automatically delete information already sent; contact us about your rights.
