Who handles your information?
MiniGolf Cloud is developed by Quontum. The legal supplier and controller for the website, customer accounts, sales and support is Quontum ApS, company registration 38973908, Nørrevænget 11, 8450 Hammel, Denmark. hello@minigolf.cloud · +45 22 39 22 51.
Information, purposes and legal bases
- Account and service: name, business, email, chosen language, protected password and account events support registration, verification, access, security and support. The basis is a contract or steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For business contacts, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Payment: subscription choice, payment status and customer/subscription references are processed to perform the agreement. Stripe handles card payments. We do not receive your full card number. Accounting information is processed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Contact and security: your message and technical information such as IP address, time, browser and error events help us answer questions, operate the service and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in customer service and secure operations (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Optional website analytics and marketing are used only with consent (Article 6(1)(a)). See the cookie policy for the currently selected tool and your choices. Creating an account does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
If you enable two-step verification, we store the encrypted authenticator key, protected recovery-code hashes, and records of consumed codes and temporary abuse lockouts. These support account security. MiniGolf Cloud generates the QR code itself; the key is not sent to an external QR service.
Player data and the course operator’s responsibility
Player names, teams, strokes, rounds and results are entered by players or course staff. The course operator decides the purposes, public sharing and display of names and is normally the controller for this information. MiniGolf Cloud processes it on the operator’s behalf. Contact the course first to correct or delete a scorecard. Use fictional names in the public demo because results may be visible to others.
Recipients and international transfers
We use Hostinger for hosting, Google Workspace for email and Stripe for payments. Relevant information is shared only with providers and staff who need it. Providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. The applicable transfer basis must follow the relevant provider agreement, for example a valid adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your processing.
How long is information kept?
Account data is kept while the account is in use and as needed for the agreement, support, documentation or legal claims. Enquiries are reviewed for deletion once resolved and no longer reasonably needed. Accounting records are retained under applicable bookkeeping requirements. Player data is handled under the course operator’s agreement and instructions. Deletion is handled on request; trial expiry blocks access but does not automatically delete the account or course. Contact us to close your account and request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact hello@minigolf.cloud; we may request necessary identity verification. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. We do not use this registration for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Datatilsynet.
