MiniGolf Cloud is supplied to businesses and course operators by Quontum ApS, registration 38973908, Nørrevænget 11, 8450 Hammel, Denmark. Create an account and verify your email to start a 7-day trial without a payment card. The trial does not trigger automatic payment.
Payment and access
After the trial, choose a subscription and complete payment with Stripe. The price and billing period are shown before approval. Choose monthly or annual billing. Prices are set in DKK. If you pay in another currency, Stripe converts the amount at each payment using its exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee. Annual billing is charged upfront at 12 times the monthly price. Prices include VAT. Price changes for existing subscriptions apply at the next renewal without mid-period charges. A paid subscription renews under the terms accepted at payment. Without confirmed payment, access to courses and scorecards pauses while the account and setup are retained. Returning from checkout alone is not payment confirmation.
Cancellation, help and data
Manage billing and cancellation through the subscription page and billing portal, or contact billing@minigolf.cloud. Check the confirmed end date in the portal. Contact support@minigolf.cloud for service issues and hello@minigolf.cloud for agreement questions. The course operator is responsible for lawful use of player information, informing players and names/results shared publicly. Request a data processing agreement before using real player data.
