Do players need to download an app or create an account?
No. They scan the course’s QR code and open the scorecard in their phone’s browser. The group enters player names and chooses a game mode.
Can several players share one phone?
Yes. A scorecard holds up to 12 players. Strokes are recorded for each player on each hole.
Do the holes have to be played in order?
No. Players can tap a hole number and jump straight to the hole they are playing.
Can we run team tournaments and corporate events?
Yes. The system has tournaments, teams and divisions. Several tournaments can be combined into a league with overall standings.
Can we show the leaderboard on a TV?
Yes. Open your course’s TV leaderboard in a browser on the screen. Results update while people play.
Can we use our own logo and colors?
Yes. You can set the logo, primary color, background and welcome text in the admin.
Which languages are available?
Danish, English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. The number of active languages depends on your plan.
Do we need internet on the course?
Yes. An internet connection is needed to open the scorecard, save strokes and follow the live leaderboard.
Can we show ads and sponsors to players?
Yes. You can show images and offers on the welcome and result pages and link sponsors to specific holes. You choose the content, links, courses and campaign dates in the admin. Placements sit inside the player experience, without pop-ups.

Can we pay monthly or annually?
Yes. After the 7-day free trial, you choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is charged in one payment for 12 months and costs the same as 12 monthly payments.
When does a price change apply?
Existing subscriptions move to the new price at the next renewal. There is no extra charge during a period you have already paid for.
Can we change plans ourselves?
Yes. The club owner and administrators can switch between the paid plans in the admin. A change to a running subscription applies from the next renewal. Before a downgrade, the admin shows exactly which courses, active tournaments or languages you need to adjust first. Nothing is deleted automatically.
